RULES AND POLICIES FOR CONSIGNING MERCHANDISE

Merchandise will be received for consignment on Mondays starting at about 9:00 AM to about 11:15 AM. Or on Tuesday  afternoon from 3:00PM to 5:30PM the store receive consignments by appointment only.

Commission Schedule:  

$2.50-$9.99        50% to consignor

$10.00- 49.99     65% to consignor

$50.00- & above 75% to consignor

Consignors are allowed to consign 16 total items of which only 5 may be clothing of current style, unless considered "vintage", clean and pressed.

Appointments are 15 minutes and consignors must have clothing on cloud 9 hangers and items unpacked before the appointment time. Clothing is consigned according to seasons.

Items will be restricted to two per type, i.e.,two pants,twoshirts,or two picture frames.

Jewerly is limited to a value of no more than $100.00.

The Cloud 9 Receiving Room has the right to reject merchandise considered unsuitable.  

Furniture or large items that take floor space are by appointment with the Manager. Leave your name, phone number, and list of items. You will be called when space is available.

IMPORTANT: CLOUD 9 WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS FROM FIRE, THEFT
OR OTHER CASUALTY RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO THE MERCHANDISE.

DONATION MERCHANDISE GRATEFULLY ACCEPTED ANYTIME.
